All participants must comply with the specific terms and conditions for each program or event, including but not limited to age restrictions, health requirements, equipment needs, and behavior guidelines. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who does not meet these requirements or whose behavior endangers themselves or others.

4.1. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled date receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
• Cancellations made between 15-30 days before the scheduled date receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled date are non-refundable.
• In the case of unforeseen circumstances or adverse weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. User Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. By providing User Content to our Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your User Content.
